What is the best way to dry a fast carpet.?
So our washing machine leaked all over the carpet, the floors were soaked, use towels and a shop vac to try to dry the area, now the fans are in it. I have the property manager tells me one thing carpet cleaning and tells me otherwise. What should I do? The water has been in the carpet, at least since Saturday.
If you are still wet you need to remove water with a machine industrial carpet. It is then dried with fans ... A carpet should dry in 24 hours. Since this has gone on for many days the carpet is festering. Get the carpet guys in there. They will advise you if you can save.
