What is the best shampoo/conditioner to use for heat damaged hair?
I straighten my hair every day after I blow dry it. I know this is A LOT of heat damage, but it's the way I like my hair to look. Is there any shampoo and conditioner (not a 2 in 1) that will keep it from getting too heat damaged? Or to reduce the look of split ends or dryness? Thanks!
I use the red bottle of Dove. It's made especially for heating supplies. Dove also has a blue bottle made for damaged hair. I switch between those two and they're really good. I also use Herbal Essences split end protector.
